WMS Outdoor 2010 Registration:

March 20 to April 1, 2010
Weekdays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Saturdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
At Sport Yukon in Board Room

Cost (incl. T- shirt to keep):
$ 70.00 per player
$ 175.00 per family of 3 or more children
$ 30.00 for Tots
$ 55.00 for Mighty Mites (this is a fundraiser for a girls' rep team)

$ 20.00 late fee for registrations after April 1st, 2010

$ 3.00 = a temporary fee per player for portable goal posts (Mighty Mites excluded)

Registration in person only as a waiver needs to be signed and payment in full is required. Cash, credit, debit and personal cheques accepted. (We reserve the right to refuse personal cheques in cases where NSF cheques have been issued to us repeatedly).

League play starts May 3rd, weather permitting.

Note: Requests to play up or down one division must be received in writing by April 7th 2010 and may or may not be approved. Late requests will NOT be considered.
